• Centre Administrator - Masters in Law/ Masters in Social Work/ Masters in Sociology/ Masters in Social Science/ Masters in Psychology
• Senior Counsellor - Degree/ Diploma in Psychology/ Psychiatry/ Neurosciences
• IT Staff - Graduate in Computers/ IT, Etc. Tamil and English Both have Higher Pass. With a Minimum of 3 years experience
• Case Worker - Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology or Development Management with a minimum 1 year working experience
• Multipurpose Helper -  10th
• Security Guard - 10th
