• Assistant Editor - A Bachelor degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Book Publishing/Mass Communication/Journalism; 5 years experience
• Proof Reader - A Bachelor degree either in English/Hindi/Urdu; 01 year experience
• DTP Operators - Graduation, One Year Diploma/Certificate course in Desk Top Publishing;  3 years experience

Age: 

• Assistant Editor - 50 years
• Proof Reader - 42 years 
• DTP Operators - 45 years

Monthly Salary / Remuneration: 

• Assistant Editor - Rs. 80,000/-
• Proof Reader - Rs. 37,000/- 
• DTP Operators - Rs. 50,000/-
