• General Manager (Engine Design) Grade – VIII - Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / Industrial / Production;  19 years of Experience
• Assistant Manager (R&D) Grade -III - Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Engineering; Post Graduation or Higher Qualification in Design/ Automobile; 4 years of Experience

Age: 

• General Manager (Engine Design) Grade – VIII - 48 years
• Assistant Manager (R&D) Grade -III - 30 years

Age Relaxation:

• OBC - 03 years
• SC/ST - 05 years
• PWD - 10 years

Monthly Salary / Remuneration: 

• General Manager (Engine Design) Grade – VIII - Rs.50,000/- to Rs.1,60,000/-
• Assistant Manager (R&D) Grade -III - Rs.1,00,000/- to Rs.2,60,000/-
